InsOmnia - Omni Channel
InsOmnia and Icha AI are products developed by InterActive to help companies provide better customer service. InsOmnia functions as an automated chatbot solution that can respond to customers in real time and also serves as a platform for evaluating customer service (CS) performance. It supports customer satisfaction measurement through various evaluation methods such as Customer Effort Score (CES), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Meanwhile, Icha AI is an artificial intelligence technology designed to enhance customer experience with natural language processing (NLP) and multi-platform integration. With these advanced features, InsOmnia and Icha AI help companies deliver faster, more accurate, and responsive customer service.
Goals
Developing a platform designed to provide guidance empowers owners to effortlessly enhance customer service. This platform should seamlessly integrate with various social media platforms and be equipped with Chatbot AI capabilities.
Scope
In this project, I am responsible for conducting further research based on the provided brief. My primary tasks include creating style guides for developers, developing prototypes as presentations for stakeholders, and ensuring the creation of high-fidelity content.
